FITNESS CLASSES

Classes are included in our RealFit memberships or available as pay-as-you-go and pre-booked using our members portal. 

 

Every class is coach-led by one of our professional Personal Trainers and alongside like-minded individuals that want to enjoy a small to medium group environment. 

 

All equipment is provided and sanitised regularly.

The RealFit sessions are our bread and butter to all other sessions we teach.  We have members with all levels of abilities and encourage everyone to start their RealFit experience with these sessions.  All of our sessions are built on the same principles; to help people look, feel and perform at their best.  We try to look at building the foundational movement patterns (Push, Pull, Hinge, and Squat) using kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements...

RealFit X is one of our most popular classes.  The goal of RealFit X is to allow you to experience higher intensity workouts with the RealFit twist. The session is made up of three and seven minute intense circuits that will build strength, conditioning, power, muscle, core strength and endurance like no other.  If you love to train and to be challenged this session is right up your street...

Boxing is a fantastic way to get fitter with a fun and fast paced workout that will not only help you increase your metabolism to torch bodyfat, but will also improve your co-ordination, power, speed and has a great cardio effect. We have created these boxing classes to include technique, pad work and fun circuits that will get you into great shape...

Strength training for women can seem a tough area of fitness to master.  Most gym weight rooms are packed and can feel intimidating when you are not 100% sure of what you are doing or where to start.  That’s why we created Woman’s Lift Classes.  You get to learn the major strength lifts – Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Overhead Press, in a friendly, social and supportive environment...

As we age the need for keeping our strength and mobility becomes paramount. The thought of joining high impact and super advanced classes can become intimidating and stop many from enjoying the benefits of exercise. So, we have created a fun and energetic class specifically designed for seniors.
