*Please note our timetabled Senior Movement Class is for people 60 years of age and older.
For those dipping their toe in the water with regards to their health, wellbeing and fitness, we can also offer you a pay as you go service, cost £11 per class, with a yearly membership fee of £33* (*includes one free class). Come down and train as much or as little as you want.
