Strength training for women can seem a tough area of fitness to master. Most gym weight rooms are packed and can feel intimidating when you are not 100% sure of what you are doing or where to start. That’s why we created Woman’s Lift Classes. You get to learn the major strength lifts – Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Overhead Press, in a friendly, social and supportive environment.
We will spend each week coaching you to build proper technique, functional strength and confidence with the barbell to help you become the awesome individual you are. You will work on the main movements accompanied with key accessory work in a circuit fashion to help keep the session engaging and fun, whilst building key muscles to help you become stronger, fitter and more confident over time.
