Why use resistance bands? Resistance bands are an amazing addition to your gym kit. They are a great way to wake up those muscles before your main workout, help tone and sculpt your muscles, they add resistance to basic moves without the need to add weights, so during pregnancy they are a brilliant accessory to help you feel the burn if you don’t fancy lifting the weights. In the video I show you a few moves you can do with both the small shorter bands and the long thinner bands. They come in various resistance shown by different colours, yellow and red usually being the lightest and blues and blacks the stronger ones. They only cost a few pounds each and found on Amazon or most gym shops so go add some to your collection.
