My favourite workout when I am short on time:

If I am ever short on time or am trying to fit in a quick session between clients, my go to method is to do an AMRAP (‘as many rounds/reps as possible’) style workout.

Depending on the time available, I would set this at 10-20 minutes, pick a few exercises and smash through them for as many rounds as I can.

Here are two examples, one that you can do in the gym with equipment, and one that you can do at home with no equipment.

With Equipment – 15 Minute AMRAP:

  • Medicine Ball Slams x10
  • Goblet Squats x10
  • Alternating Clean & Press x10 each side
  • Farmers Carry x2 lengths

Without Equipment – 15 Minute AMRAP:

  • Burpees x5
  • Press Ups x10
  • Bodyweight Squats x15
  • Crunches x20

Give either of these a go if you want a quick, sweaty workout that’s not going to take up much time at all!
