We started our Senior Movement classes well over a year ago now and even after returning from lockdown, have been a massive success.
We now have 9 classes at Realfit St Neots and 6 classses at Realfit Riseley on a weekly basis. These classes will help someone who has not exercised for a long time and is returning to fitness or someone that simply wants to move better and feel stronger and have more balance.
As we age the need for strength and conditioning becomes paramount. The thought of joining high impact and super advanced classes can become intimidating and stop many from enjoying the benefits of exercise. So, we have created a fun and energetic class specifically designed for over 60’s. our coaches will guide you through a low impact session that will improve flexibility, strength and metabolism. And you will love the community feel and social time lacking in this present climate.
The classes are half an hour long and are lead by one of our Level 3 Personal Trainers who will ensure you are carrying out the correct exercise and are available to book on the following days:
St Neots – Little End Road, Eaton Socon, PE19 8JH (classes of up to 8)
Mondays – 10.15am, 11.00am and 1.30pm
Wednesdays – 10.15am, 11.00am and 1.30pm
Fridays – 10.15am, 11.00am and 1.30pm
Riseley – The Garage, High Street, Riseley, MK44 1DR (classes of up to 5)
Mondays – 10.00am and 10.45am
Wednesdays – 10.00am and 10.45am
Fridays – 10.00am and 10.45am
Classes are on a pay as you go basis BUT have to be booking in advance and each class costs £5
