INGREDIENTS

  • Carrots chopped 1 cup
  • ½ tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Boiled peas half cup
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper

METHOD

  1. Boil the carrots for 10 minutes.
  2. Add carrots, boiled eggs, peas, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add in cheese and mix well.
