Each week you will have 3 sessions with your trainer, each designed to work towards your goal, and delivered as a HIIT style session (High Intensity Interval Training)
Diet planning and training
With you Express trainer you will discuss your diet and eating habits, set a plan and then have access to weekly updates and accountability
Target setting and results tracking
At the start of the programme you can discuss your targets and goals, your weekly sessions will be designed to work towards your goals and the trainer will provided you with regular result updates
