At Realfit we look to build your fitness at all levels and abilities. Our goal is to make training engaging, challenging but most of all fun. We want you to become part of our family, from the minute you enter the building until the moment you leave, our community is welcoming and there is no judgement. You will be encouraged and supported every step of the way.

All our sessions are always led by one of our top coaches and showcase our high levels of experience so you can get the best training experiences around.

If you are someone who is wanting to build stronger foundations, push the boundaries further and consistently see progression in strength, lifting technique and aesthetic, then our Realfit Strength Club could be what you are looking for. Focusing on four main compound lifts, we will look to guide, strengthen and break any limitations that you may have to get you to your desired goal. We will target your squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press These lifts will be accompanied  with accessory work to help strengthen and tone your body. So if you are wanting to go the extra mile with your training and really push your boundaries, then Realfit Strength Club will be the class you’re looking for!
