It is good to train hard and progressively challenge the body for it to adapt and improve. But sometimes training is needed to help you to recover faster, stretch your muscles, and unwind both your mind and body. This is why Yoga can be so beneficial to your training with its integration of the mind and body, its slow and precise controlled movements, and its emphasis on total body control and relaxation.

 

Each week we'll assess and help to correct dysfunctional movements to ensure you lower the risks of injury and improve your movements in life and training.  From beginner to advanced we'll help you individually, via a group environment to ensure a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
