What the programme involves:
This 4 – 6 week programme will focus on improving the strength and fitness in females, performing movements that they may have had the confidence to try on their own in the gym. This is aimed at all levels of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or a gym-a-holic who is looking for that little bit extra.
We will be focussing on full body movements including your legs, glutes, arms and abs through a range of different training styles.
Why I am creating this programe:
I am creating this programme because a lot of the women I train always tell me how they’ll go to the gym and go on the treadmill, the bike, the cross trainer etc, going half-heartedly at it for 45-60 minutes before going home again, barely breaking a sweat and not making any progress…
I want to use this programme to help break the barrier that some women have when it comes to using weights, I want to help improve your self confidence and give you a body that you can be happy with.
How the sessions are broken down:
The sessions will be completely dependent on your level of fitness, whether you have equipment available (at home / with gym membership), as well as what your specific goals are. The sessions will range from 30-60 minutes, looking at doing these at least 2-3 x per week.
