We at Realfit St Neots are very excited to announce our partnership with Xtreme 360 bringing you all your trampoline fitness classes.
As some of you know we already have 3 fitness classes weekly at Xtreme 360 at present but from July our coaches will be providing more exercise classes for you to come along to.

At Realfit we have always prided ourselves on our coaching levels and team enthusiasm for exercise. Partnering with Xtreme 360 simply cements that idea even more. Trampoline exercise is a fun workout that you can do with friends and family.

With a new team of owners at Xtreme 360 our partnership will only grow in terms of what we can do together and what we can offer our customers.

Starting week beginning 24th June we will be offering FREE tasters on our timetable as follows:

FREE Tuesday 7.30pm bounce andn Burn 
FREE Thursday 6.00pm Beginner Bounce and Burn

PLEASE NOTE THE REGULAR MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY SESSIONS WILL NOT BE HAPPENING AS GEMMA IS AWAY

Then from week beginning 1st July we will have a full timetable of the following:

Monday 7.00pm Bounce and Burn
Tuesday 7.30pm Bounce and Burn 
Wednesday 7.00pm and 8.00pm Bounce and Burn
Thursday 6.00pm Beginner Bounce and Burn

Our daytime classes are term time only but our evening classes are ongoing. Prices are £60 for a 10 class pass or walk-in £7 per class.

Main evening sessions – Bounce and Burn
You will be taken through a high intensity session which will maximise fat burning and improve cardio endurance. A section of the class is also designed to concentrate on your core strength, toning for both upper and lower body to give you that full body work out.
We will make sure you train at the right intensity to burn fat. Your core training and fat burning will make you strong while improving your look and confidence.

Beginner bounce and burn
You will be taken through a fun and unique session which will maximise fat burning and improve cardio endurance. As a beginner session the class is at a slightly slower pace giving you chance to feel comfortable on the trampolines and you can slowly build your stamina each week. A section of the class is also designed to concentrate on your core strength, toning for both upper and lower body to give you that full body work out.

We will make sure you train at the right intensity to burn fat. Your core training and fat burning will make you strong while improving your look and confidence.

Our classes are all designed and delivered by Gemma and Abigail, coaches at Realfit Centre St Neots – so you are in good hands.

All our classes can be adapted to suit all fitness levels so come along and give them a try!
