Calisthenics is a form of body weight strength training which involves using the entire body to challenge your fitness level.
Wanting to learn something new that will push you out of your comfort zones? Well that’s exactly what I (Lucio Adger) am doing. I am investing my learning into a Calisthenics programme designed by Al and Rob Kalvados called “Get Strong”.
It is a 4 phased 16-week program where we use nothing but bodyweight to get stronger than we ever have been before. It is something new to me and I thought that maybe you would like the opportunity to join me through the process.
