Dale Pinnock and Realfit Recipe: Mixed Seed Humous

SERVES: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g raw mixed seeds
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 large clove of garlic – finely chopped
  • Generous pinch of sea salt

METHOD

  1. Place the seeds, oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a food processor and blitz to a smooth dip.
  2. If the mixture seems too thick, add small amounts of water as necessary.
  3. Taste and add more salt if needed.
  4. Serve with vegetable crudités.
