View Larger Image https://www.dalepinnock.com/blog/mixed-seed-houmous Dale Pinnock and Realfit Recipe: Mixed Seed Humous SERVES: 2-3 INGREDIENTS 300g raw mixed seeds 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Juice of half a lemon 1 large clove of garlic – finely chopped Generous pinch of sea salt METHOD Place the seeds, oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a food processor and blitz to a smooth dip. If the mixture seems too thick, add small amounts of water as necessary. Taste and add more salt if needed. Serve with vegetable crudités.
