Realfit Recipe – Sesame Beef Served with Veggies

INGREDIENTS

  • A piece of fresh ground ginger
  • ½ cup of coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp of flaked red pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 1 ½ tbsp of fish sauce
  • 6-7 cups of optional veggies
  • 4 cups of white rice
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
  • 1 diced shallot

 

METHOD

  1. Cooking the Beef: In a hot pan, drizzle some oil then add the beef.
  2. Next, add the garlic powder, ginger, onion powder, red pepper, and shallot in the pan and stir occasionally.
  3. Cook until the beef turns brown and crispy.
  4. Add the fish sauce and coconut aminos.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. As it cooks, you can start cooking the rice.
  7. Serving: Serve hot with rice, an optional sauce, and veggies.
