Realfit’s 6 week Beginners Fitness Course could be the course to help you..
Realfit is a community focused fitness centre that provides a safe environment. We provide emphasis on our workouts being fun at the same time as being engaging and challenging. Most of all we pride ourselves on being egoless and non-judgemental ensuring the utmost support for our clients. We don’t even have mirrors.
The 6 week beginners fitness course is focused towards people who have not been in a gym setting before and are starting their journey into the world of fitness. The class will be designed and led by our very own personal trainers to help build levels of fitness gradually, whilst educating you with knowledge, tips and advice to help you advance with your own personal goals.
Our courses will run from 02/08/2021 either on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1.00pm, or Monday and Wednesdays at 8pm. The course provides you with 2 x 1 hour sessions a week, which will help educate you toward a healthier lifestyle. The classes will provide a challenge but not be too strenuous. The idea is to build your ability and confidence so that once the six weeks is up, you will be able to push and challenge yourself with the education and foundations needed to succeed.
The morning and evening classes have a maximum of 10 places per course for £95.00, working out at only £7.91 a session. Payment will be made upfront to uphold accountability and to ensure commitment and success throughout the course.
