What the programme involves:
Realfit Hype will be a 6 week programme that will focus on increasing hypertrophy. This programme will not only increase muscle mass but improve your strength and technique in the gym and is adjustable for all levels of gym goers.
Why I am creating the programme:
I am creating the programme because I want to help people reach their goals. Before I stepped into a gym I was the “skinny” kid and lacked a lot of confidence in everyday life. Now I have got to the point where I can help people as I know how it feels.
Building an impressive physique not only has huge external benefits such as strength, power and an aesthetically pleasing shape. It also has many internal benefits such as increased self-esteem and self-discipline.
Who Realfit Hype is for:
Men, 18-35 years old.
The goals I want to help people achieve:
A lot of men desire a bigger chest or bigger arms and Realfit Hype will help you to reach those goals, whilst building strength and technique in the gym. This will help you feel more confident; not just physically but mentally too.
How the sessions are broken down:
Depending on the level of the athlete, the programme will change slightly from 3 sessions a week, full body workouts (beginner) to 5-6 sessions per week, split workouts (more advanced).
The number of sessions per week will change accordingly.
